Zuzu x Into the Street, San Francisco
After a joyful conversation at SF Comic Fest, the local nonprofit organization Into the Streets kindly invited me to create live portraits at their community event in August 2024. I had a blast connecting with families and pet owners that cozy afternoon. I genuinely enjoy drawing fast on site! It allows me to work loose, trust my instincts, and capture emotion in the moment while staying fully immersed in the process. It’s wonderful to hear how much people adore these comic-style portraits, which I usually finish within just two minutes. Look at these adorable babies! I hope to bring this joy to many more communities in the future.
